A three-star hotel with an interestingly decorated lobby - there are automatons-"dinosaurs" installed there. In fact, they are there so that guests, with their "help", do self-check-in. There are very few employees in the hotel, you need to wait a long time until a "human employee" comes to you. The room is small, two-thirds of the room is taken up by the bed. The bed is quite comfortable and large. An important detail! Breakfast in the hotel, although advertised, is actually absent, there is not even a dining room for it. You can only take two strange rice balls per brother in plastic packaging in the lobby. The location of the hotel is convenient. All the sights of Osaka can be easily and quickly reached - either on foot or by public transport.

We had the best time here! The room was perfectly sized to fit us and our suitcases. The bathroom and bath were great to have the proper Japanese wash. USB outlets made it easy to charge our devices and the downstairs lounge was perfect to stop in for our delicious breakfast onigiri, midday snack or nighttime drinkies.
Staff were so helpful when we arrived early so we could store our bags and immediately go sightseeing. Location is great and you’re so close to shopping and eating places as well as the train station nearby too. The icing on the cake was the cool animatronic dinosaurs at check in.
Cannot fault my stay here at all and will definitely come back here next time I’m in Osaka.

Speedy and easy check in and out. Nice and tasty rice balls and bread for breakfast. Great location.

Location is to several station, they provide vegetarian/vegan rice ball upon requested. staffs serving the bafst is nice and friendly. room is bright ,bedsheets and towel is clean. only thing if they can improve the toilet floor squeezing sound.

A compact hotel , has everything you need. Very close to the Midosuji subway line, it should get you to most places. There is a coin laundromat near the hotel, more information provided at the hotel information stand.
Check in is automated. If you need other items , you can call the staff at the check in kiosk or phone.
Breakfast is simple and hearty. There is delicious hot miso soup, cereal, bread and many types of onigiri.
Hotel have free cookie and drinks during tea times, alcohol for night time.

Not recommend for family trip.
Hotel asked for extra additional fee upon check in and the reason is a child with six years old should be counted as adult to charge. This is rude and unreasonable in all.
Btw the hotel reception lobby is simple and crude. There is no hotel staff on duty to serve. Reception lobby area is totally light off when we coming down to ground floor and look for extra pillows at around 11.30pm something. This is scary especially for ladies. Guest room is tiny, no bottle water provided and no clean up of bed quilt and cups.
Overall the services quality is below average.

The place is nice. No visible check in instructions but somehow we were able to check in. We arrived late at night around 10 in the evening and we were not greeted even there were some staffs beside the lobby. We were kinda late for breakfast the next day so we were in a hurry to get onigiri but the staff RUDELY asked us for our room number without saying excuse me or something. Not enough space to eat breakfast. Most of the people in the lobby are maybe Chinese.

Excellent location. Best thing is that the metro exit has lift to the street level hence there is no need to haul heavy luggages up and down. Lift all the way. Woohoooo!!! 1 minute from metro exit to hotel.
3 minute walking distance to Shinsaibashi-suji.
Room is spacious enough. Can open suitcases on the floor.
Will definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

Got room on 2nd floor
all good except so many dust.
1 flaw that made me almost gave this 2 stars is there were 3 drops of pee on toilet without cleaning when we first enter the toilet. I have to clean it myself with tissue and alcohol, since I need to use it right then and can't wait for room service.
Location is great, room is bigger than others in the same rate. Breakfast is good but not great with 2 Onigiri, miso soup, bread, yogurt.
I might consider to come back again.
